What does Ganakly believe in?
Your data is yours
Calculations run in your browser. No sign-up, and we never store what you enter.
Show the working
Every tool explains its formula with a worked example, so you can check the maths yourself.
Keep it current
Rate-based tools are updated when the rules change: a new Budget, PPF rate or IRS limit.
How are Ganakly calculators built and tested?
The Ganakly Calculator Lab is the engineering team behind every tool. A calculator goes live only after it passes four checks:
Official sources first
Rules and rates come from bodies like the Income Tax Department, EPFO, RBI, the Ministry of Finance, the IRS and the SSA. Each page lists its sources.
Tested maths
Every formula has automated tests that compare results with published examples and hand-worked calculations.
Plain language
Each page answers the main question up front, then explains the method step by step.
Dated reviews
Each page shows when it was last reviewed. Rate-based tools are checked every quarter or when the rules change.
Results are estimates for information, not financial, tax, medical or legal advice. If you spot an error, please tell us and we’ll fix it.
How does Ganakly make money?
Ganakly is free because we show advertising through Google AdSense and, in clearly labelled spots, offers from partners. Ads never change a result. See our disclaimer and privacy policy.
We read every message and usually reply within two working days.
